William J. McGurk, President and CEO of Rockville Financial (RCKB), the parent company of Rockville Bank in Connecticut, will preside over the NASDAQ Closing Bell to celebrate the community bank's becoming a fully public-owned company.
McGurk will be joined on the podium by William H. W. "Bill" Crawford, IV, who becomes President and CEO when McGurk officially retires from that position at the April 26 Annual Board Meeting, and by members of the Bank management and Board of Directors.
