NASDAQ OMX's Corporate Secretary regularly forwards all correspondence to the addressees on the NASDAQ OMX board. In addition, concerns relating to accounting, internal controls or auditing matters are immediately brought to the attention of NASDAQ OMX's internal audit department and Office of General Counsel and handled in accordance with procedures established by the Audit Committee with respect to such matters.
