NASDAQ Dubai ListingOn November 20, 2008 the NASDAQ OMX Group listed its shares on NASDAQ Dubai. NASDAQ Dubai (formerly called the Dubai International Financial Exchange, or DIFX) is the international stock exchange between Western Europe and East Asia. Its unique market puts regional and international investors in touch with regional issuers. The NASDAQ Dubai region includes the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the wider Middle East and North Africa, Turkey and the Indian sub-continent. To support this secondary listing of shares NASDAQ OMX entered an agreement with Computershare to help facilitate the transfer of shares between the U.S. and Dubai markets. Market participants may utilize Computershare's xSettle service to expedite cross-border settlement between the two markets.
